This is the official Racing Weight Diet Quality Score App! This app allows you to calculate your daily Diet Quality Score (DQS) as described in Matt Fitzgeralds book, Racing Weight.

The Diet Quality Score is a simple instrument that allows athletes to measure the overall quality of their diet. The DQS Calculator was designed to make it as easy as possible to calculate a Diet Quality Score for the day.
